All applicants are asked to submit a completed membership application, a copy of their current curriculum vitae along with payment for first year dues.  Please submit the all application materials to the ASNM Office.  Dues are annual, based on a calendar year.

For a student membership in ASNM, we require a letter from your program director, on school letterhead, stating that you are a full time student in good standing.
