Join us to honor the pioneers whose research, clinical expertise, and leadership have made great strides for the field of intraoperative neuromonitoring and the Society.

Dear Colleagues,

As you know the upcoming ASNM annual meeting is designed to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the first workshop on evoked potentials. We will be honoring Drs. Clyde Nash (USA), who organized the first workshop in 1977, Tetsuya Tamaki (Japan), who organized the first international symposium on evoked potential monitoring in 1981, and Johannes Schramm (Germany) who organized the second international symposium in 1984. In addition, we like to honor others who contributed to the field.

We invite you to attend the annual meeting to celebrate the pioneers including someone that may have influenced your career.

If you are not able to attend, you are still able to participate in different ways:

  • Send pictures relevant to previous meetings that you attended.
  • Send us the names of 1-3 members that may have influenced your career
  • Donate any small amount to the ASNM to help with the celebration.

Your contribution (pictures, members you want to honor, or donations), will be acknowledged on a running slide show during the Gala dinner celebration.

Sincerely,

Antoun Koht
Matthew Eccher
Jay Shils
