Call for 2019 Fellowship Nominations
ASNM Fellow Nomination Criteria
This form must be completed by the Nominator. To be considered for acceptance as an ASNM Fellow, an individual must:
#1 - be a current member of ASNM and have a Full member in good standing for five continuous years of membership,
#2 - provide two letters of recommendations of high standards, ethical practice, and reputation. One letter must by from an ASNM member in good standing and,
#3 - have made an outstanding contribution to the field of neurophysiological monitoring which must include some participation or service to the ASNM Board or an ASNM committee.
ASNM calls for Fellow nominations each year. Call for Fellow nominations close January 15, 2019 for consideration. Fellow membership nominations are open to any member in good standing who meets the ASNM Fellow Membership requirements. Self-submissions will not be accepted.
ASNM Fellow Definition
The ASNM bylaws defines a Fellow as someone who has made outstanding contributions to the field of neurophysiological monitoring which may include a significant contribution to ASNM and has been a member of the Society in good standing for at least five years. The Fellowship subcommittee shall review all nominations and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall be the final authority in the granting of Fellowship.

Lapsed Fellow Members
A Fellow member who has resigned from ASNM or whose membership has lapsed for non-payment of annual dues has forfeited their Fellow status. All lapsed Fellow members should be eligible for re-nomination after five years of continuous Full membership and support to the Society in all required categories. All lapsed Fellow members must pay dues for all lapsed years and be re-nominated and reinstated as a Fellow in order to be able to use this honorary designation.
